Child Sponsorship

Orphanos operates a child sponsorship program that feeds, shelters, and educates children in Christian home settings. Sponsors get to develop a relationship with their child and make an impact to last a lifetime. Orphanos is a Memphis charity with a worldwide outreach. Our child sponsorship opportunities are located in Brazil, Colombia, and South Korea. Sponsors show interest in a child by writing letters, remembering special occasions, and if possible even visiting your child on a short-term mission outreach. Sponsors receive updated photos, letters from their child, and monthly e-mail updates about the home. Although you are sponsoring a specific child, your sponsorship is of the entire home. Donations are pooled together and go to meet the needs of the entire home. Whenever possible we send you as much information about the home you support to keep you informed. One unique aspect about Orphanos is that we do not set a specific amount to sponsor a child. We feel this amount is for you and the Lord to decide. Also your gift is passed through at 100%, we do not reduce your gift to cover our overhead.

2. Fill out the form by clicking sponsor now next to the child you would like to sponsor.
3. Decide how you would like to give (check, automatic bank draft, or online) and the amount you would like to give each month.
4. Watch your mail for a packet that will include a photo and bio of your child and more information about our program.
