Let the Adventure Begin.

At Orphanos, our four distinct programs incorporate these key elements:

World View Exposure:

Curriculum includes information on macro world views, cultural differences, and children at risk as preparation for their on-field experiences

Service Learning:

Alongside the host, teams and individuals volunteer on local projects related to children at risk and poverty in the host country.

Physical Immersion:

On-field, the team members will be immersed in language and culture different from their own and challenged to analyze and apply these experiences.

Overall, each program has been developed from more than 30 years of experience in international service projects. Each trip is also uniquely altered from our core curriculum based on the needs and skills specific to you. Our purpose behind our programs and training is to send you in a manner worthy of God (3 John 6).

So...would you like to be involved with one of our trips? It’s simple.

1. Introduce Yourself.

Whether you are a church, school, ministry, or individual...click on the link and tell us a little about yourself and we’ll do our best to find a way to plug you in with our partner ministries. If you have traveled with us before, feel free to skip straight to number two (Plan a Trip).

2. Plan a Trip.

After we receive the form above, someone from our office will send you a personal response. If we feel we have the potential to be a great fit for you, we will ask you to fill out our “Plan a Trip” form. This form asks what you are wanting from your short term mission trip, and we will, in turn, search for an opportunity to match.

3. APPLY.

Once you’ve completed step one and two, we will contact our partner ministries in search of a matching opportunity. If we find a potential, we will email a brief description and provide you with the information to begin filling out our application. Only once we have received your completed application can we finalize the trip and accept you into our program.

**All applications are approved/declined on an individual basis by staff and Board of Orphanos. Exceptions can be made, but all decisions by Orphanos are final.
